General

We specialize in image editing but may also provide video and audio editing services on a case-by-case basis.

We work with businesses and individuals, including photographers, real estate agents, and anyone who needs high-quality image editing services.

You can reach us by visiting our Contact page, and we aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

Pricing

Pricing is tailored to the unique scope and complexity of each project. Once you submit your project details via our “Start Order” page, we will review your requirements and confirm pricing before getting started.

Yes, for projects over $20, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to begin the project. This ensures commitment and secures our time for your project.

Currently, we don’t have fixed pricing as every project is unique. However, we aim to refine our pricing model over time to offer more predictable, transparent options.

For projects over $20, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to begin work.

For projects under $20, no retainer is required. Full payment will be due upon approval of the proof of concept.

A proof of concept is a sample of the work that demonstrates our ability to execute the required project. This is typically a portion of an image or a draft version of the final deliverable. It is not the final product, and client approval is required to proceed with the project. Full payment is required upon approval of the proof of concept.

For projects under $20, full payment is due immediately upon approval of the proof of concept.

For projects over $20, the retainer is due upfront, and the remaining balance is due once the client approves the proof of concept.

You can request a cancellation at any time. However, the retainer is non-refundable once work has begun. If a cancellation is agreed upon, any additional funds paid beyond the retainer will be refunded.

Project Workflow

Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines and will communicate any potential delays if they arise.

We use unique sharing tools that are directly linked to our workspace to provide updates and enable collaboration on more complex projects. Clients can request visual updates during the process to any small or big project to ensure everything is on track.

Two revisions per image are included in our pricing for Hand-Crafted services. Additional revisions will be billed based on the original base price of the image.

If errors occur and you have unused revisions, we will correct them at no additional cost. Once a project is marked as final and approved, additional edits will require payment.

Privacy and Data

We collect only the information necessary to process your projects, such as your name, email address, and project details. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored securely and only shared with team members working on your project. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

We will never use your images for marketing without your explicit permission. If you’d like us to showcase your project as part of our portfolio, we’ll ask for written consent.

Legal and Terms

Yes, unless otherwise specified in your contract. If you provided the assets, you own the final product. If we provided assets or substantially altered the original work, we may retain some rights unless otherwise agreed.

No, all delivered digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably through clear communication. If necessary, disputes may be handled through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court in California, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
